Franchi 48/AL semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge. Lightweight aluminum-alloy receiver with walnut stock and forend. Long recoil-operated action based on the proven Browning Auto-5 design. Manufactured in Brescia, Italy by Luigi Franchi and known for excellent handling qualities, light weight, and reliability in the field. The 48/AL became one of Franchi's most successful sporting shotguns and remains popular with upland bird and small game hunters.
