W.W. Greener BLE 12ga Hi Grade
Description:
Antique steel barreled NP 27.5" gun with self-acting ejectors in time (!!), this is a high grade ejector gun of the period (List no 4) in remarkable mechanical condition, tight scalloped action and carved fences, barrels have perfect blue and bright bores, .029 min wall, cyl and IC, Birmingham nitro reproof for 2 3/4" shells. LOP 14.5" thru original horn plate, drops 1.5" and 2.25", moderate cast off. Buttstock appears to be a very professional replacement. Trigger bow has an unobtrusive brazed repair. Useful gun ready for another century of use, modern stock dimensions and not overchoked. THIS IS NOT AN ANTIQUE BY ATF RULES AS IT IS PROOFED FOR MODERN NITRO SHELLS
