This magnificent cased pair of Holland & Holland Royal Hammerless Ejector 12 Gauge shotguns features close serial numbers (#23004 and #23660) and matching specifications for a true matched set. Both guns are built on the classic 9-pin Royal sidelock action with full-coverage scroll and vine engraving. "HOLLAND HOLLAND" appears in block letters over the cocking indicators, and the receiver bellies are inscribed "ROYAL HAMMERLESS EJECTOR" within matching engraving. Gold #1 inlays are present on Gun #1 at the forend tip, rear of the top rib, and top of the top lever.

Fitted with 28" barrels choked Mod & IC, double triggers with ejectors, and well-proportioned stocks (15-1/8" LOP, 1-1/2" DAC, 2-1/4" DAH with appropriate cast-off). Both guns weigh approximately 7 lbs and balance beautifully. Condition is very good across the pair with strong remaining barrel finish (~97%), bright bores, tight actions, and crisp mechanics. Stocks show honest field use with moderate checkering wear; Gun #1 has a small professional forearm splice repair while Gun #2 is clean in that area (though missing the initial plate in the toe line).
