Description:
Holland & Holland Royal 12 ga., 28" chopperlump barrels choked 1/2 and 3/4 (.020/.024) 2-3/4" chambers, raised concave game rib. Barrel inscribed "Holland & Holland 13 Bruton Street London". Bores measure perfect at 729. Self-opening action and hand-detachable locks engraved in Holland's traditional bold acanthus. The fences are deeply carved in an early deluxe style. Rich case colors compliment the fabulous engraving. Double triggers, auto-safe, splinter forend. Straight-hand stock of richly figured black and gold Circassian walnut measures 1-3/8" x 2"x 14-3/4" to a checkered butt. Weighs 6 lbs, 10 oz. Finished in 1966, a stunning example of a British best gun. Cased with outer cover.
