Introduced in 1931, the "Brevis" (Latin for "short") was conceived to capitalize on the trend for faster-handling, short-barreled guns. 1932 estimated year of production. 26-1/2 inch barrels with 2-1/2 inch chambers, ejectors, and fixed chokes that gauge Improved Cylinder & Cylinder. Well figured original oil finished one piece straight hand stock accompanied by a slim matching game style forend with push rod release catch surrounded by a scroll engraved forend tip. Deep cut scroll engraved action and lock plates. "RW" engraved stock escutcheon. No accessories. 12 Gauge
