This is a very nice English Double Barrel Shotgun c1860s in 17 Gauge that has been very nicely restored. I weighs only 5 pounds and 9 ounces. The case colors are strong and the brown is also good. The locks are well timed and have strong main springs. It has platinum blow plugs and is nicely engraved. It has the minimum of dings and scratches. The original ram rod has a worm on the end under a brass cover, The barrels are 27.5 inches long and have very good bores with very light oxidation. The LOP is 13.5 inches and DOH is 2.25 inches. This would make a great bird gun for the black powder hunter.
