Description:
The Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight in 12 gauge with a 28-inch barrel is a legendary pump-action shotgun celebrated for its lightweight design and unique bottom-ejection system. Known for having the longest production run of any pump shotgun in history, this configuration is a versatile choice for waterfowl and upland game hunting. This older model is limited to 2-3/4 inch shells. Models manufactured before 1975 lack a disconnector, allowing the user to "slam-fire" by holding the trigger down while pumping. Features a receiver machined from a single block of forged steel. Standard models include AA Grade Walnut stocks, often with a "corn cob" style grooved forend and an engraved hunting scene on the receiver. 12 Gauge
