Gun made with beavertail forend, original Miller Single Selective Trigger, Auto Ejectors, Auto safety, and Ventilated Rib. Beavertail forend checkered in standard Grade 4E pattern with engraved release. Action is beautifully engraved, likely by McGraw, in standard 4E pattern. Stocked with a very pretty piece of American Walnut and checkered with pistol grip and Ithaca Sun burst brand pad.
Overall, the gun remains in near mint condition as restored by Buck Hamlin of Pevely, MO. Buck performed a stem to stern restoration on this gun and it is near perfect and flawless in all regards. The gun retains virtually all of its restored finish to both wood and metal surfaces with only minor subsequent handling marks. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are crisp. The gun is tight and on face.
