Up for sale and just acquired is this fine and original Ithaca 10 GA Magnum shotgun ready to use. This Mag-10 semi-automatic shotgun is as follows:

• Gauge: 10 gauge
• Chamber: 3½-inch Magnum
• Barrel: 32-inch vent rib (the standard waterfowl/goose barrel)
• Finish: Blued steel
• Stock: Walnut
• Condition: Approximately 97–99% original

The Mag-10 was the first successful gas-operated 3½-inch 10-gauge semi-automatic shotgun. It was introduced in 1975 and remained in production until 1989, when the design was sold to Remington and became the SP-10. It developed a strong reputation among goose hunters because its gas system and CounterCoil recoil reducer made heavy 10-gauge loads surprisingly comfortable to shoot.

Serial number 100031203 -we estimate it was manufactured in the late 1970s or early 1980s, probably around 1978–1982.
Current value
The shotgun has nearly all original blue (97–99%), excellent walnut, no rust or pitting, only light hunting wear and is mechanically excellent.  Original 32-inch barrel.
