Unusually nice example of the Ithaca Flues Model in 16 gauge.
28" Barrels have beautiful mirror 0.658" bores, choked .012" both sides, Improved Cylinder.
Underside of each barrel stamped "I" ahead of the flats, likely the choke markings.
16 gauge, 2-3/4" chambers, steel barrels stamped Nitro Proof.
Tight ribs, and tight lock up to the breech.
Extractors only, automatic safety.
Weighs 6 pounds 10 ounce, balances about 2" ahead of the hinge pin.
14" pull from the front trigger.
Drops are 2" comb and 3-1/4" at the heel.
Fantastic original case colors and wood finish.
Gorgeous blue on the barrels and bits.
Minor scattered nicks and dings, nothing even close to serious.
Butt plate is worn...not horrible, but worn. And original. Its over 100 years old.
