Notes: This is a desirable pre-1975 Ithaca, built during the high-quality era with forged steel and hand-fitted internals. Optics are period-correct and functional.

Returns
Unless noted otherwise, all firearms have a 3-day no firing, no disassembly inspection period from the date the item is received at your FFL. The firearm cannot leave the FFL premises prior to inspection/acceptance. The date received is the date the item is shown as delivered by the tracking information provided by the shipping entity. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive at the transferring dealer in a condition other than advertised in the listing. Returns must be left with the transferring dealer. Firearms returned for anything other than damage or misrepresentation will have shipping, fees, sales tax, and a restocking fee of 15% subtracted from the refund.
Any damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, etc.). I will assist with any claim, but any damages will be paid by the shipping agent.

All modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL Dealer, and I verify all licenses before shipment. Handguns are shipped to your FFL dealer by US Postal Service Priority mail insured. Long guns are shipped by USPS or UPS ground insured. I will only ship to the address listed on the FFL license. Buyer pays shipping cost shown in for lower 48 states, AK and HI are additional.
Shipping Firearms
The buyer must provide us with a copy of their FFL before it can be shipped. It is your responsibility to provide us with the FFL license.
I will always include a copy of my FFL with the shipment. The name of the buyer is shown on the paperwork inside the box.
I recommend providing a tracking number for money orders or certified bank checks sent to us to prevent mail lost in transit.
