Serial Number: S8807101
Here we have an Ithaca 12ga Century Trap, serial number S8807101. SKB manufactured these guns between 1973 and 1977. This example is choked .019 and has a shiny bore. Wood to metal fit is excellent, barrel bluing and receiver coin finish are 95% factory with some handling marks on the furniture and barrel underside, it still wears its original Ithaca butt pad and has hand cut checkering. The action is tight and is balanced just forward of the pin while the ejector has been disengaged so you don’t have to chase your empties! Known to be a great gun for a reasonable price, these guns are becoming harder to find in such good condition. A great and cost-effective way to get yourself breaking clays at the club and doing duty on upland hunts. Thanks for looking!
