Krieghoff K32 all gauge Skeet Set. This is a very nice “old school” skeet set, that when originally made in late 1972 or early 1973 it was the best of the best!
The four sets of barrels are 28" vent rib, weigh the same and all are skeet choked.. Krieghoff made certain that you would have the same feel and sight picture regardless of what gauge barrel you are shooting.
The handsome, well executed engraving/inlays/gold wire is not factory work, but it was done by a talented engraver. Rose and scroll borders, vignette game scenes with inlaid pheasants on the left and inlaid ducks on the right; all defined by gold wire.
Also, from the 70’s is the custom Dockwiller stock and forearm. The Dockwiller signature is in the grip cap and feature finely cut checkering on the grip, side panels and forearm. 14 3/8” LOP over a 1” Pachmayr decelerator presentation pad; 1 ½” DAC & 2” DAH with neutral to 1/8” RH cast.
Mechanically and cosmetically this gun does not appear to have been shot very much. All barrels fit snug, and all have a minimum 1/8” gap between the locking hood and the rib. Cosmetically the only appreciable finish wear is on the very back of the trigger guard, a little on the top lever and safety button.
Now 50 years later this still a very desirable and wonderful gun to shoot! Weight is 8 lbs. 3 oz. with any of the barrels and it has hinge pin balance.
