Krieghoff K80 has become the most popular competition gun in the United States.  The receiver on the K80 is CNC machined from solid forged steel, then meticulously hand fit and finished by the best of German gunmakers.  Krieghoff makes the K80 12ga. gun in many models, differing mostly in the amount of decoration, the action being the same on their least or most expensive guns.  The K80 Pro Sporter is a heavy gun, meant to be shot pre-mounted, providing a smooth swing and less felt recoil.  Krieghoff recognized that the Olympic shooting sports and shooters preferring a livelier gun wanted a gun with less weight and more dynamic handling characteristics.   Thus was created the PARCOURS MODEL to be just that…a strong, dependable, sporting clays gun that weighed almost ¾ of a pound less than the standard K80.  Still a substantial sporting gun at 8 1/4lbs., but much more nimble in handling characteristics as preferred by many shooters today.  This Krieghoff Parcours K80 is the special Crown Grade offering, beautifully engraved by A. Stemer, with 8 heavy gold inlaid animals and two beautiful crown inlays adorning the action that is finished in silver nitride finish.  The bank note style scroll is deep cut to perfection with background shading and the raised gold birds and dogs look alive.  Only the best engravers Krieghoff has to offer become involved in their elite Crown Grade series of K80’s, and Stemer has demonstrated the art of the gun that Krieghoff has become well known for.  This Krieghoff, sn115259, has 32” Parcours barrels with fixed M/IM chokes and is a BRAND NEW, UNFIRED GUN, AND INCLUDES THE KRIEGHOFF CASE, PAPERWORK, AND ACCESSORY ITEMS.  There is not a mark on the metal or wood anywhere, there are no primer “ghost rings” showing on the breech face of the action, and the gold trigger has 100% of its gold plating.  Weighing 8lbs. 4oz. and balanced perfectly between the hands, it has a liveliness that is appreciated by those that like a gun that handles.  The highly figured Turkish walnut stock with the adjustable comb has a very slight left-hand palm swell and is cast on 1/8” for a left-handed shooter.  WE HAVE 4 FULL-TIME GUNSMITHS ON STAFF AND CAN EASILY MAKE THIS A RIGHT-HANDED GUN WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS OF PURCHASE.  We work on the finest shotguns in the world and we have a Certified Krieghoff gunsmith on staff full time.  This is a simple process and once complete it is impossible to tell there has been an alteration.  A quick internet search shows the same gun advertised on one of the major Krieghoff dealer’s site at $43,695, engraved in the same pattern by A.
