Description:
30" DAMASCUS BARRELS, SKEET AND MODIFIED, 2-1/2", DOUBLE TRIGGERS, STRAIGHT HAND GRIP, SPLINTER FOREND, CHECKERED BUTT, 6 LBS - 10 OZ, 1-5/8" DAC, 2-3/8" DAH, 14-5/8" LOP

English made self-opening sidelock ejector 12 gauge game shotgun with 30” nitro proved damascus steel barrels, 2-1/2" chambers, tapered, smooth concave game rib, steel bead front sight and are choked skeet & modified. Bottom of both barrel tubes have the guns serial number, "CL" and the letters "G" in script with lion rampant over. The patina case color hardened back-action sidelock action is adorned with fine English Arabesque scroll engraving with "CHARLES LANCASTER LONDON" engraved on both sides of the action body, the dipped-edged lock plates are engraved "CHARLES LANCASTER PATENT". "SAFE" is enraved ahead of the automatic blacked and scored slide safety. The top lever is blacked, engraved with left side checkered. The double triggers are protected by a blacked & engraved trigger guard to a blacked and engraved long bottom strap with serial number. Best quality walnut stock displaying tiger stripe figure with a straight hand grip with English flat checkering and a vacant stock oval. Splinter forend with lever release, 14-5/8" LOP to a checkered butt, Cast off 1/4" at face, 6 Lbs. 10 Oz. Shotgun resides in the maker's single leather case.
