Description:
          This Hunter Arms Co. Fulton model SxS shotgun was made in 1941 and has been cared for and kept in dry storage for many years. The wood is in excellent condition with original finish, no cracks, and only minor handling marks, the worst can be seen on the right side of the buttstock. The butt plate looks like new with no cracks or chips. The metal finish could be rated 99% with one minor spot of the right barrel and a few freckles on the trigger guard. The bores are bright and shiny and the action is tight and fully functional.
          The gun has a LOP of 14”, Drop at heel 2”, Drop at toe 7”
          I believe the gun was stored in the case in a very dry environment which was great for the gun bit harsh on leather. The shoulder strap is broken and included to be used as a pattern for a new one. The hinge and lock tabs on the case are separated because the cotton thread failed. Overall. the case is very nice and could be repaired without a lot of effort.
          This is a sweet little double gun that could find a home in your collection.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid FFL license copy will be required for shipment to the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation that the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold as collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded

Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in-state purchases. The payment of other states’ sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
