This gun has been compleatly re worked by Augustino Lo Prinzi, ( of Lo Prinzi Guitar Fame, Who retired from the Gutiar business and since he is a master woodworker and artist, became one of the worlds Formost Gun Engravers.
The Letter from the L. C. SMITH COLLECTORS ASSPCOATOION, CERTIFIES that the Gun was built April 2, 1924 as a "Field Grade. FW (featherweight) Serial ## 68523..
This beautiful Gun has been extensively HAND ENGRAVED by Mr. Lo Prinzi, in the Italian Scroll style, with 100% coverage on the Reciever.
All the wood has been wonderfully restored to ist origional Luster..... note...( there is a small 1" +/- stock split on the R.H. Side which has been repaired....) Barrel bluing is 100%
