L C SMITH 12 Ga grade 2

Description:
Pictured is an L C Smith 12 gauge, grade 2 shotgun, serial #44536, made in 1897. It has 30 inch steel barrels measuring .722" bore in each. The right is choked .032" and the left is .043". The chambers measure 2 3/4". and the bores are bright and shiney. The barrels are about .003" off face and have been reblued (hot tank) at some point. The L o P is a hair over 13 1/2" to a new Pachmayer Decelerator pad. The checkering has been recut and the wood refinished. Weight is 7lbs 10 oz.
