Hands down the nicest CE Grade 16ga Lefever I've seen or had my hands on, this gun built with 28" Damascus barrels, splinter forend, which is nicely checkered and has engraved steel tip. escutcheon, and iron. Frame is beautifully engraved, most certainly the work of master engraver Josephy Loy with dogs and different types of scroll engraving the likes of which I have not seen on any other Lefever. Gun built with double triggers, auto ejectors (in frame) auto safety. Beautifully figured french walnut buttstock is nicely checkered, has carved tear drops behind receiver, and terminates with its original L.A. Co. monorgammed buttplate. 

This gun remains in beautiful all original condition. Barrels with about 95% original damascus pattern. Frame with more than 70% beautiful original rainbox case colors remaining, particularly vivid on locks. Stocks are excellent and sound with more than 95% original finishes remaining. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are excellent. This is a choice Lefever!
