I offer a non firing, non disassembly three day inspection return policy. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways and also the return transfer fee from my FFL dealer as I am not an FFL dealer and the return has to be shipped back to him.

Payment Methods: I prefer bank checks , I will accept checks or money orders but all payments must clear my bank before shipping firearm. Sorry no credit cards.

Price reduiced , please read discription . For sale is a rare single trigger Marlin model 90 in 12 ga. with 28" barrels with shinny bores. I The wood has a very nice grain pattern but has some dings and handling marks but no checks, cracks or defects. It has the Marlin bullseye in the stock and original factory butt pad. The blue on the receiver and barrels is showing its age a little with light brown patina . Two problems this nice piece has is , there is a very small ding in the top barrel . Please check out the last image posted. The other issue is the safety is NOT working so it can not be put is safe mode. I am sure a gunsmith can corresct these issues but at this time I am selling the gun as is / need repair. Buyer pays $55. Shipping and insured to lower 48 . Please call or email me any questions you may have and I would be glad to send more pictures if you like. I accept checks or money orders . All payments must clear my bank prior to shipment. I must have a signed copy of an FFL dealer to ship to .
