Description:
7 1/2" over & under barrels with solid matted rib choked modified & full. 14" pull from front trigger to leather-faced black recoil pad. 1 1/2" - 2 1/2" drop. 3/8" cast off. Lightly figured European walnut stocks with 3-piece Deeley-release field forend with horn inlay at tip, straight English grip, horn inlays behind flat sidepanels, and fine classic point-pattern checkering. Scalloped boxlock action with double Kersten locks and double underbites, Greener-type side safety with robust lever, and cocking indicators. Built 1940. Retailed by Karl Kormes, Leipzig. Tight, with excellent bores and ejectors in time. In modern leather trunk case with cleaning accessories and Merkel label.
