Description: Here's a Super Rare Winchester Model 12 Riot Gun ! Shipped in 1962 ! Serial number 1903794 . Right in the Middle of The Vietnam War ! It is unit marked on stock . HMM- 362 - Marine Helicopter Squadron- 1955-1975- Heavily Engaged in Combat Missions during the Vietnam War ! I believe in 1962 they got the Nickname " UGLY ANGELS " Please Google this unit ! They where the backbone of our Military Forces in the Vietnam War! Gun is in overall in Excellent original condition! Most of the original blue finish still remaining thinning on the edges and on the bottom of frame ! Markings are strong . CYL. Choke marked . Original wood is in Excellent condition with no cracks and wood to metal fit is Excellent. varnish or linseed oil was added back in the period. Stocks have some flaking . Metal an wood have handling marks and dings . Bore and mechanics are in excellent plus condition ! Guns locks up tight and is in excellent working condition . Very honest 100 percent original Winchester Riot gun that is ID'D to A Vietnam War helicopter Unit ! Would go great in any Collection! The Vietnam War was a war that should of never happened!
