Up for sale and just acquired as a monthly special is this very attractive Mossberg Model 9200 12 Ga. Semi-auto shotgun.
The Mossberg 9200 is a semi?automatic 12?gauge shotgun produced mainly in the early to mid?1990s. It was Mossberg’s first major attempt at a gas?operated semi?auto and eventually evolved into the 9200A1 and later the 930 series. Production generally ran from 1992 to about 1999.
This specimen exhibits an attractive green finish & all?weather stock as Mossberg offered several special?purpose finishes during the 1990s such as Marinecote (silver/gray corrosion?resistant), parkerized (matte black/gray) and camo?dipped finishes (various patterns). This one ,“Green” protective coatings on some All?Purpose and All?Weather variants was also offered as a special corrosion?resistant protective finish.
The synthetic stock was Mossberg’s “All?Weather” line, which used polymer furniture designed for durability and moisture resistance. The shotgun appears not have seen any appreciable use aside from some storage marks. It chambers 2-3/4 & 3” shells. It is 5-shot and has one invector choke in place (the only one we acquired when we bought shotgun) but other chokes are certainly available if desired. Has a very nice sling in place too. A nice, attractive shotgun ready to take out  to the field. L660.
