Parker 1 of 22 made AH 10 gauge in great condition all original
Description: Made in 1889. This one is all original and in very nice condition. I have the factory letter that verifies that it is as it left the factory. Only 306 AH grades were made in all gauges. Only 22 AH's were produced in 10 gauge. 30" damascus barrels choked Full x Full with excellent bores and nice 80% pattern remaining. Action is mostly faded to silver with 100% coverage crisp beautiful engraving displaying eleven game scenes. Action locks up tight and on face with the top lever right of center. The wood has no repairs and the checkering and finish all appear to be original. LOP is 14" to the skeleton Butt plate. Drop is 2" and 3". This gun was sold to J.E. Dunn, the construction magnate. Blue Book does not value a 10 gauge due to "extreme rarity", but a 16 gauge which is twice as common is valued at $33,000.00 at 60% and $38,000.00 at 80%. Case color has faded with age, but the gun is conservatively 80% condition and completely original. A solid investment sure to appreciate. #3 frame size. The screws have been turned and a couple of the slots show it. The minimum wall thickness at 6" from the muzzle is .035 Right and .037 Left. Chokes constrictions are .030 RIght and .035 Left.
