Extremely rare consecutively serial numbered 8 gauge Parker Shotguns - EH and DH Grade Guns
Description: Exceedingly rare pair- perhaps the only one known to knowledgeable collectors- Parker DH 8ga and EH 8ga with Consecutive serial numbers! Gun #1- Parker DH 8ga SN 119859. Made with original 36" Damascus barrels that have been nitro proved and weighing in at 12lbs 9oz. Gun made on a #6 frame with splinter forend, double triggers, extractors, auto safety. Capped pistol grip buttstock with original skeleton buttplate as seen in the photos. Gun remains in excellent condition with hints of original case color remaining. Engraving is very good. Stocks are sound with an ancient restored finish. Bores are bright and shiny. Outside of barrels with some oxidation at carry point from palm sweat but should restored perfectly and easily. Mechanics are excellent. Gun #2- Parker EH 8ga SN 119860. Made with 36" Damascus barrels and weighing in at 12lbs 14oz. Gun made on a #6 frame and engraved very nicely in grade 2 pattern. Built with splinter forend, double triggers, extractors, auto safety. Capped pistol grip buttstock with original DHBP. Gun remains in very good original condition with very nice original pattern on the barrels. Forend and buttstock with impressions and some grain splits which are minor and still tight. Bores are mostly bright and shiny. Mechanics are fine with safety slide being a bit sluggish. This is a really nice pair of very rare Parker Shotguns. They are the only known pair of consecutively numbered hammerless 8's known to knowledgeable collectors! These fine guns are priced at $34,950 plus shipping to your FFL.
