Made in 1929 on a 1-1/2 frame, this sweet little 12ga Parker is absolutely my favorite combo - made with a straight stock, splinter forend, double triggers, and 28" Titanic barrrels. This gun, weighing in on the scales under 7lbs (6lbs 15oz). The case hardened action is nicely engraved in standard DHE pattern with Setter on right, Pointer on left and 4 pheasants on bottom of action. Stocks are beautifully figured and checkered in standard DHE pattern and butt terminates with the original skeleton buttplate which is also lightly engraved.
Overall the gun remains in excellent condition. Barrels retain nearly all of a professional quality restored blue. Stocks are sound and retain nearly all of a professionally restored hand rubbed finish. Action retains a hint or two of original case color and engraving remains crisp. Buttplate retains a hint or two of original blue. Mechanics are crisp and the gun is tight and on face. Bores are bright and shiny.
