Description:
Parker Bros. DHE 12 gauge, 28" Titanic steel barrels choked modified and full (015/040). 2-1/2" chambers. Nice old American classic shows a lot of character. Just out the house of the original owner since circa 1915. The 28" barrels are free of any dings nicks or dents. The blue is thinning to silver and shows spotting and patina. The bores are mirror bright. Tight and locks up like the day she was made. Triggers are crisp and ejectors are strong and in time . Gun shows use but a wonderful crisp action showing a nice splash of case color throughout. Wood to metal fit is perfect. No cracks or repairs just a solid example. Stock measures 1-1/2" comb, 2-5/8" heel, 14- 1/8" pull over a solid red pad. Nice weight at just 7 lbs 2 oz. The quintessential American Double.
