PARKER BROTHERS 12 GAUGE GH GRADE SXS SPORTING GUN SN 120844. 30 inch Damascus barrels. Matted concave rib. Case hardened boxlock number 2 action engraved with foliate scroll and game scenes right side pheasants, left side ducks, both in ovals. Pheasants in medallion on underside. Extractor. Automatic safety. Checkered replacement pistolgrip stock of straight grain walnut with some areas of figure. Hard rubber gripcap. Dog's head buttplate. Vacant shield. Refinished checkered splinter fore end with re cut checkering.
CONDITION: Good. Barrels show 60-70% brown finish. Barrels show numerous dents and bulges. Bores show heavy frosting. Right barrel shows area of pitting at mid point. Action shows 40-50% later flame colors. Action/barrels show slight looseness. Replacement stock shows handling marks and sharp checkering Grip cap is cracked.
