Description: Parker Bros. VHE 16 gauge built on the desireable "O" light frame.Built in 1907 according to the factory letter, this gun has 26" Vulcan steel barrels choked cylinder and modified (.020").The gun is in solid all original condition. It retains traces of the original case colors and 90% of the original barrel blue. The bores are bright and free of rust, dents,or pits. The stock has a 141/4"LOP over the original dogs head buttplate. The barrels fit up tightly to the action and the ejectors are in time. The stock and foend are sound with no cracks or damage. The stock dimensions are 141/4"x15/8"x3" but the gun does not come up like a gun with that much drop at heel.Due to the 15/8" at comb it handles like a straighter stock. The chambers are unaltered and are still 25/8",The gun weighs 6-2 and would make a great quail, grouse,or dove gun.C&R eligible.
