Description:
PARKER BROS , TROJAN  20 GA. - Serial Number 161xxx Scarce 1912 First Year Production (only year with the strengthening Extended Barrel Rib) . Excellent  28" Barrels Choked CYL. & MOD..  Stocked  1-1/2 " DAC, 2-7/16" DAH, 14" LOP over bakelite Buttplate.   Barrel Wall Thicknesses:  .030" & .026".  CC & Blue  99 +% as new.  This has come to be a relatively scarce Parker Field Grade in this year and gauge.  This is a mechanically original gun that still locked up tight and on-face ( for sure, due to both good care and the reaffirming top rib extension).  But this little 6lb.--3.7oz. jewel of a Parker needed cosmetic care, so was refinished by Parker specialist, Doug Turnbull, more than 20 years ago.   All the original wood, metal, and action parts were retained !  -------I have not shot this gun since its restoration.
