Parker PH (rare) 16 ga #1 frame, 28

Description:
Parker (rare) PH 16 gauge SxS shotgun.

28” “Parker” steel barrels, both bores are .662” and choked .008” (IC) and .017” (Mod), and have 2 ¾” chambers on the very desirable #1 size frame.

The PH frame has extractors, automatic safety and double triggers. 80% case colors.

The capped pistol grip butt stock has a 14 ¾” length of pull over a 1” full leather recoil pad.  Drop at comb is 1 5/8” and drop at heel is 2 ¾” with a slight cast favoring a right-hand shooter.  The wood has been refinished and there is an old repair on the front, bottom, right side of the stock where the wood contacts the receiver.

This PH was made in1928 and it is configured exactly as it is described in the Parker Guns Identification and Serialization book.

Weighs 6 lbs. 6 oz.  Nice example of a hard-to-find Parker
