Here is a really fabulous Parker PH model, special ordered in September, 1900 and delivered around Thanksgiving that year. It specified a really uncommon 26" barrel, which measures 26 1/16" actually. The LOP matches the specifications, and drop as noted in the letter is only a fraction of a inch longer than specified. The weight is 6 lbs 14.5 oz., within the order specifications. Plenty of case colors remain on the bottom and top of the receiver, (about 75%) a little less on both sides (about 40%). Blue on the Twist barrels is really fantastic, almost all remains and shows only minor handling marks, no dents or dings, bores are bright and shiny. The wood shows only minor scratches and compression marks and the checkering is good, showing no compression dents and a strong border outline. Perhaps the stock, esp at the butt was touched up when the pad was added but I can't be certain. This gun was made years before Parker supplied Ejector guns, and was seemingly returned to Parker to have it upgraded from Extractor to Ejector. This gun is on a 1 1/2 frame and all numbers that can match do match. Barrel weight started at 3 lbs 8 oz, but after finishing is now a fraction of an ounce under 3 lbs. Insured shipping to FFL or C&R will be $40 via Priority Mail. USPS money orders are preferred but other forms of payment are accepted, but not Paypal or credit cards.
