Description:
This scarce Parker PHE 12 gauge, is in orignal as found condition. 1924 s/n 206722. Here are the specs, 28" fluid steel barrels, choked Full and Improved modified, 14 1/4" LOP, 1 1/2" drop at comb, 2 5/8 drop at heel, ejectors, double trigger, 1 1/2 frame. Now for the condition. This is a really honest gun that hasn't been restored. Honest wear in it usal spots. Case colors are high and very visible on its sides and top strap, underside is worn slightly with some color visble ahead of trigger guard. Barrel bluing is original with some glove wear over forend. Some slight brush wear on the barrels. Small ping dent underside of right barrel 5" from muzzle. Barrels lock tight on action. Ejectors are timed on tripping. Wood stock looks like original finish. Nicley figure butt stock with Parker recoil plate. Recoil plate does have toe chipped, grip cap is solid. handling markes on stock as expected. Forend wood has slight solid split in center but isnt affected in use. Very solid. Checkering is all there and not worn away. Overall this is in Very good shape, ready to use of put with a collection.
