Parker Trojan 12ga 2 barrel set 30" and 26" marked #1 & #2 barrels and forearms

Description:
This is a very unusual and rare 2 barrel set, unknown if from factory as such or another set of barrels and splinter forearm fitted later. All are serialed to the gun and marked #1 and #2. The gun has been used but not abused, has a Red Head pad fitted a long time ago, still quite soft, and measuring 14 3/4" from the front trigger for the LOP. Barrels retain lots of origional blue, mirror bores, and ring true. Lockup is like a bank vault, lever to the right of center, and no wiggle. Just a small amount of case colors, maybe 5% in the protected areas. Wood is solid, lots of origional varnish I think, and numerous dings and dents and scratches from many days afield. Made about 1925 so coming up on the centennial. All 4 chambers measure 2.708 to the forcing cone. The short barrel chokes appear to be about R.698 & L.688  long bbl R.690 & L.685. Gun with the short bbl weighs 7# 3oz. Need FFL or C&R and certified funds, sorry no credit cards- transfers et-al. Insured shipping will be $65 to lower 48     A factory letter was received, indicating manufacture July 21st, 1925. The barrels were 30" and chokes were RH 230 pellets and LH 280 pellets of #7 in a 30" circle at 40 yards. The Trojan cost $55 in the 1925 price list. The second barrel set is not listed, could have been an oversight or sent in later for the 26" barrels and forearm. I'll drop the price to $2995 which will include the aforementioned letter.
