Parker,   double barrel shotgun,   Model VH,   20 gauge,   s/n 120286 (Mfg. late 1902),

RECEIVER:    mechanically solid as the proverbial First National Bank vault,   "0" frame,   double trigger,   extractors,   very slight traces of case colors,   exhibits some light scattered tarnish,    sharp correct factory line engraving and lettering,  

BARRELS:   original 28" length,   2 1/2" chambers,   choked I.C & Full,   EXCELLENT BRIGHT BORES EXHIBITING NO DISCOLORATION OR PITTING,    raised hand filed swamped rib,   blue has aged into a  pleasing grey patina,   right barrel exhibits a heavy ding on top about 6" forward from breech end (which doesn't show through to the inside),   FOR THIS REASON BUYER MUST AGREE TO HAVE IT EXAMINED BY A COMPETENT GUNSMITH IF HE INTENDS TO FIRE IT),

STOCK:   Walnut,   retains much of original finish in VERY GOOD condition,   exhibiting normal wear for its age but no abuse,   NO CRACKS,   original length,   14 1/8" LOP,   DAC 1 5/8",   DAH 2 3/4",   "Dog's Head" buttplate,   medallian in buttstock,   "Parker" pistol grip cap,
