Parker ,VHE 1/2 Frame 12 Gauge

Description:
For your consideration , Serial # 242375 ! This is one of the last Parker guns to leave Remington and it is a VHE Grade , 12 Gauge built on the Rare 1/2 Frame ,it is noted there are around 81 Half Framed guns known to be manufactured listed on the discussion forum on the PGCA Gun site ! The letter states this gun was ordered and remained in Factory inventory as of 1942 ! It is in Very Nice overall condition with some minor scratches and finish blems on the Wood Finishes and has a very small chip behind the top tang that has been affixed in place as seen in the pictures ! The Case Colors are Very Nice and the Bluing is probably better than 90 percent overall with no dings or dents in the barrels and the Barrels internally are very good to Excellent ! The Standard V Grade Border Line  Engraving is Very Crisp with a small extra Engraving Embellishment on the Bottom of the Receiver ,the Screws are Excellent and Timed perfectly as well and I believe they have never been touched with a Turn Screw ! There is also a Leg of Mutton Leather Case that comes with this Parker ,I believe it is the Original Case to the gun as it is Stamped " Parker Co. Gun Works and when  I pruchased this gun from an Older Gentleman ,a Dealer in Vermont explained over his many years in Business he had sold this gun a Total of three time including my purchase and this Case and Gun were together the first time the gun came in for consignment ! This Firearm functions ,Shoots and Ejects spent shells flawlessy and weighs in at 7 Lb. 1 Oz. according to my Old Egg Scale ! This Parker is exactly as Per the PGCA Letter with one exception ,the Barrels are stamped Mod. and Full and the Letter states Full and Full ! One note to mention ,when I purchased the gun the letter called for a 14" LOP ,the gun had a Pad installed and had a 15" Length of pull but measuing it up I realized the wood had never been cut so I sent the stock to BMD Gun Stocks LLC and Brian fit a Remington style Dogs Head Butt Plate back on the gun and it now has  exactly a 14" LOP as it should !
