Late production gun made as a special order lightweight game gun. Gun built with factory original 26" Special Steel barrels. Splinter forend, ejectors, double triggers, and auto safety. Gun has beautiful original straight grip buttstock with what appears to be its factory original skeleton buttplate which would be a special option on a "GHE" grade gun.
Gun remains in excellent original condition with more than 95% original barrel blue. Stocks are excellent and sound with original finish. Frame with original case color which has been protected by a coat of laquer which has yellowed somewhat from time but remains around 50%+. Engraving is also quite nice and appears to be a bit above average!
This is a very rare gun and one of just a couple of G Grade guns I have seen in the very rare 1/2 frame. In all grades way less than 75 of these have been observed with the majority being VHE or DHE Guns. It is priced at $10.495 plus shipping to your FFL.
