This Perazzi MX20 Custom Guilliani is a remarkable expression of Italian craftsmanship - elevated by stunning sideplate engraving from A. Bossini with Creative Arts. Intricate game scenes depict a Labrador with flushing quail, mallards in flight and a beautifully rendered Labrador portrait on the underside, all surrounded by elegant flowing scrollwork executed to an exceptional standard.

Further distinguishing this bespoke build is the pierced top lever, engraved heel and toe plates, and a beautifully figured walnut stock that perfectly complements the soft coin-finished receiver.

Configured with both a 20ga 29.5” barrel set and an additional fixed choke 28ga 29.5” barrel set, this is the kind of package rarely encountered.

A true handcrafted Italian heirloom from one of the most respected names in the sporting arms world.

This Perazzi MX20 2-barrel set is a custom Guilliani build — Guilliani took a standard MX20 receiver, milled it for sideplates, and commissioned ultra deep relief hand engraving by A. Bossini of Creative Arts, featuring a duck game scene with full scroll and extensive sideplate coverage. This is not a factory Perazzi Extra Grade but an expertly executed aftermarket custom at a fraction of the $150,000 factory Extra Grade price. Both barrels present in outstanding 95% condition with only minor marks and perfect mechanical function throughout.
