A Deluxe Quality Sidelock Ejector 12 gauge shotgun incorporating the Beesley self-opening system. The 28” barrels have 2 3/4" chambers, a concave game rib and are choked Improved Cylinder (1/4) - Right & Improved Modified (3/4) - Left. The left barrel is engraved J. Purdey & Sons. The right barrel is engraved Audley House. South Audley Street. London. England. Fine Rose & Scroll engraving with makers name in gold on the lock plates, Case color hardened finish, Bushed firing pins (Disk set strikers), Flat Trigger Guard, Double triggers, Deluxe quality walnut stock, Gold inlaid letters K J K, Drop points, Traditional English straight hand grip, Splinter forend with Anson release, 14 9/16" LOP to a checkered butt, Cast Off 1/4” at face, 6 Lbs. 12 Oz.
