D" Quality boxlock non-ejector game gun built in October 1889 on Webley & Scott No.4 Anson Deeley action with intercepting safeties. Original weight was 6# 15oz, when the gun was returned to Purdey in 1916 the weight was 7# 1oz (Purdey had no explanation for the weight difference). Included is an English leather covered hard case with brass furniture and reproduction label, chrome snap caps and Purdey oil can.
