A rare opportunity to acquire an early Purdey percussion shotgun with true royal pedigree. This historic piece was built in 1854 as “Number 2 of a Pair” for His Grace, the Duke of Hamilton, as confirmed by the included Purdey factory letter and copy of the original ledger book.
