ACTION: Based on the classic "gate-type" action, features include an automatic safety, hand-detachable locks with gold-plated lockworks and cocking indicators, single gold-plated trigger, rolled guard and color case). STOCK: Drawn from heavily-figured walnut, appointments include wrap checkering with partial Mullered borders, drop points, "straight hand" butt and a leather-covered recoil pad. ENGRAVING: The action, lever, tangs, guard and latch wear Purdey's Large Scroll pattern to full coverage. "Safe" is highlighted in gold. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.2 pounds.
