Description: Scarce, early Remington Model 870 Wingmaster ADL grade as distinguished by the matted barrel and checkered stock, barrel date code 1953 (the third year of production for this model), plain walnut stocks, pump action, 20 gauge, 5-shot, 28" barrel with modified choke, chambers 2 3/4" or shorter shells, bead front sight, blued finish, push button safety and slide release, with plastic Remington logo butt plate. Stocks are sound with no splits or cracks, minimal usage marks, some crazing to the finish of the butt stock. Bright, shiny bore. Smooth, properly working action and safety.
