Hunted and harvested pheasant and deer and the 870's were always my favorite in Shotgun only jurisdiction which is the reason it has bird and slug barrels. Take note of the scrolled receiver and Tiger Burl wood. If you enjoy hunting nothing wrong with looking good in the field. dcg
