Remington 16 GUAGE model 870 from 1953

Description:
This is an unaltered Remington model 870 WINGMASTER in 16 guage, built in February of 1953 with a barrel code of L ZZ. This shotgun has a 28" FULL choke barrel with a mirror bore. The action is typical smooth Wingmaster, and lock up is tight. All other functions, such as take-down, safety, bolt release ect. work as they should. Wood surfaces are factory checkered on the forend and pistol grip, with original finish. The right side of the butt stock has a noticeable scratch, along with several other hunting marks from normal use over 65 years, but no cracks, chips, or repairs. The butt plate is original and in great shape as well.
The metal surfaces show normal wear, but the blueing would still rate around 80-90% overall, with stripled anti-glare on the top of the barrel, and a bead at the muzzle.
