Extremely Rare Remington 1100 Special Field Engraved F Grade Premier 12 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun 1984

Description:
This is a model 1100 Special. Introduced in 1983 featuring a straight English style stock and 21 inch barrel with vent rib. They were offered in 3 different field chokes up until 1986 when they transitioned to the REM CHOKE removable choke system. This gun is an Imp Cyl choke and so marked on the barrel. WE date code on the barrel for August of 1984. It retains 98% original finish overall with some minor handling marks. All markings and engraving is sharp and clear. Excellent bore. Excellent mechanical function. Excellent XXX wood with sharp checkering and some minor handling marks. 14 inches of pull over the Decelerator recoil pad. This is an F grade Premier engraved gun. The receiver, barrel, and trigger guard are all hand engraved. There does not appear to be a signature in the engraving, which we've been told is correct for this era as Remington was trying to promote the gun and not the engraver. There are no initials on the plaque in the bottom of the stock. Serial number is N930714V

We do not put any ammo in it or disassemble to check internal parts. We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws. We will not ship to a New York, NJ, or CA C&R holder, a standard FFL is required.  There are some states in which a C&R handgun MUST be shipped to a dealer, such as MD. Please know your local laws.
