The only significant differences between the A5 and Model 11 was the absence of the magazine cutoff. The Remington model known as "The Sportsman" was a modified version of the original model 11 design, with a shorter internal magazine tube, limiting it to 3 rounds to comply with waterfowl laws. This example appears to have had some refinishing work, at least on the stocks and possibly on the metal.
