Remington Lifter very rare 12g British proofs

Very rare Remigton Lifter with British proofs and a London address on the rib. (E. Remington & Sons, New York & London)
Only a handful of these guns were produced and very few are accounted for today. I believe this is the third one to have surfaced. I belive the other two are in the Remington collector association. If anyone has more information on this very rare gun, I would love to hear about it.
The Serial number on the barrels and the frame indicate that this is number 23. Appears to be all origional and in very fine condition. There are a couple small dents in the barrels, but overall conditon is very good.
Damascus pattern on the barrels is very visible and attractive.
