The Model 31 is often referred to as the “ball-bearing shotgun” for its exceptionally smooth action — the result of hand-fitted parts and tight tolerances that pre-dated mass-production shortcuts.
This example wears a high-polish blued finish, a 28" barrel marked FULL choke, and retains its original checkered walnut furniture with sharp diamonds and a glossy finish.
