This is a beautifully balanced shotgun with fantastic hand built quality and attention to detail. Feels very lively between the hands and swings effortlessly to the target. This is a great example of fine Italian craftsmanship.    
F.lli Gamba was a separate gunmaker, yet was the cousin of the other well known gunmaker, Renato Gamba, whio later purchased and merged his cousin's company with the Renato Gamba name. This Sporting model was a precursor to the Daytona line of competition shotguns. Renato Gamba continues in business to this day. 

28 inch Boehler steel barrels. Nitro proofed barrels with 10mm slightly ramped and ventilated / chequered top-rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers. Detachable trigger group with highly polished interior and coil springs, fixed chokes and at Cylinder in bottom barrel and Imp. Cylinder for the top barrel. Hold-open toplever, manual safety, trigger mounted barrel selector, 14 1/2in. pistolgrip stock including 3/4in. recoil pad, and schnabel forend. Weight 8lbs. 3ozs.
